Please aim to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time. We will meet you by the toilet facilities, where you will find a parking space for your vehicle. There are areas for changing into your swimwear in the toilet facilities.

Additional Information

Remember to bring: swimwear, a towel, and sun protection. It is also a good idea to bring a snack and something to drink.
Please let your guide know if you have any relevant physical/medical conditions or special needs. Guests may wear contact lenses or glasses if necessary (bring a band or tie for your glasses)

There is a minimum number of travellers for this experience. If the minimum isn't met and we need to cancel, we will offer a different date/experience or a full refund.

No, all gear is provided. This includes the riverbug, wetsuit, flippers, paddle mitts, helmets, and buoyancy vest.

Are there facilities like toilets or changing rooms available at the base?

Yes, at locations such as Lake Aniwhenua (Rangitāiki River tours) or Pilot Bay (FunBug activities), toilet and changing facilities are available, along with parking.
