We train you to navigate yourself through the series of tree to tree platforms with activities like rope bridges, Tarzan swings, nets, flying foxes and of course loads more. With multiple different courses and around 3 hours of entertainment, fun, challenge and of course Adrenalin. High excitement, stomach churning and a great confidence builder. Test your skills by taking on an Adrenalin Forest aerial obstacle course.

Located among natural surroundings in South Auckland.

Adrenalin Forest courses feature over 100 fun filled challenges across six levels. Each level is harder than the last, with obstacles starting at 1.5 metres above the ground that are suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels. To conquer the whole course and claim your bragging rights, you’ll be climbing, jumping and swinging at least 20 metres up in the air.

There is a minimum height requirement of 140cm for all courses. No age limits.rnThere is a maximum weight limit of 130kg, with harnesses also needing to fit correctly.rnAnyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years.rnClosed toe shoes must be worn and long hair tied backrnAnyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to climb
