There is a minimum number of travellers for this experience. If the minimum isn't met and we need to cancel, we will offer a different date/experience or a full refund.

Waiver, terms and conditions.

This boat tour is conducted by Compass Plus Limited trading as Cave Cruzer Boat Tours (CCBT) and by checking the box agreeing to the terms, conditions & waiver, you have confirmed that all participants have read & agreed to the CCBT waiver below between the time of booking and prior to the scheduled Tour depart time.

• That it is not recommended for people to participate in tours provided by Cave Cruzer Boat Tours, if they are pregnant or have existing injuries or medical issues that may be affected by sharp impact & lurching.
• There is also risk of contact between boat & rocks so it is important to keep all limbs, head etc inside the boat.
• You must follow and obey all instructions and recommendations of the Skipper and Crew of Cave Cruzer Boat Tours.
• Cave Cruzer Boat Tours and its servant reserves the right to refuse any person from participating in any tour
• Cave Cruzer Boat Tours reserves the right to use all photos and video footage for advertising purposes

Limitation of Liability

Cave Cruzer Boat Tours agree to provide the described tour in consideration of the passengers:

1. Expressively agreeing that Cave Cruzer Boat Tours, it’s agents & servants, shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury, expense or loss of life suffered by it clients, howsoever caused during this tour including during activities such as snorkelling, swimming, rock climbing & jumping.
2. If not a resident of New Zealand I declare that I will not avoid condition 1 above by commencing any legal action in another country.
3. In the advent of accident or injury I will accept treatment by a New Zealand doctor or hospital in the first instance.

I have informed the staff of Cave Cruzer Boat Tours of any medical conditions of all passengers including any medication. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any conditions that may affect the safety and enjoyment of myself and those around me.
