Full Description

The underwater world here is like a huge underwater garden with lots of kelps and seaweeds ranging in reds, oranges, purples, greens, and browns covering our rocky reefs. So naturally, the waters are quite fishy with lots of different species of native fish such as octopus, moki, blue cod, and butterfish. Also lots of crayfish, paua, and Kina beds as well as macro life such as nudibranchs.
Occasionally, we are lucky enough to get the very playful fur seals that come by to play in our bubbles!

Is there an option to rent dive equipment if I don’t have my own?

Yes, you can rent complete SCUBA gear, including tanks, BCDs, regulators, wetsuits, and more, on appointment.

Are there any health or fitness requirements to join the dives?

You must be a competent swimmer, but no specific fitness level or prior experience is required. Medical clearance may be required for certification courses.
