Guests should arrive directly at Polynesian Spa’s main entrance, located on Hinemoa Street, Rotorua. Our welcoming reception team will be ready to assist you with check-in and direct you to your chosen pool area.

If you’re visiting a private pool session, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time to allow for a smooth check-in and changing.

Free on-site parking is available, with additional public parking nearby. The spa is easily accessible by taxi or shuttle from Rotorua city centre and local accommodation.

Exclusions and Important Notes:
Food and beverage services are not included in pool entry and must be purchased separately. Robes are not provided except when booking spa therapies. Private pool sessions strictly limited to 45 minutes with no extensions. Children under 12 are not permitted in the Pavilion Pools or Private Pools. Personal belongings are guests’ responsibility; Polynesian Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items. Photography and filming are prohibited in all changing areas and are restricted in pool areas to protect guest privacy. No refunds for late cancellations, no-shows, or changes within 12 hours of booking.

Terms

All visits require prior booking. Entry is granted only for the booked pool area and time. Pavilion Pools and Private Pools are strictly for guests aged 12 years and over. The Family Pools and Deluxe Lake Spa welcome all ages, but supervision rules apply for children under 12. Guests must follow the Bathe Smart health and safety guidelines, including limits on time spent in hotter pools and supervision of children. Swimwear is mandatory throughout the spa. Towels and swimwear hire are available onsite. Appropriate bathing attire and modest behaviour are expected. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the booking time to be eligible for rescheduling. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for cancellations or no-shows made within 12 hours of the booking. For Private Pools, there is a strict 45-minute session limit. Extensions or refunds for late arrivals are not permitted, and each booking requires a minimum of two adults to book and attend. Polynesian Spa reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for unsafe behaviour, disrespect towards others, or failure to comply with spa policies. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, as the spa is not liable for loss or damage. Photography is not allowed in changing rooms. Limited photography may be permitted in pool areas, subject to guest privacy.
