What should I wear for my indoor skydiving experience?

You are recommended to wear comfortable, casual clothes with lace-up and closed-toe shoes.

Are there any health restrictions or conditions that prevent participation?

Yes, some conditions require caution or disqualification:

Minimum age: You must be at least 5 years old.

Disallowed conditions: Pregnancy, recent shoulder dislocation, and recent neck, back, or heart issues.

Other Health Concerns: If you have asthma or epilepsy, you may still fly but should let staff know.

Can spectators watch the indoor skydiving sessions?

Yes. iFLY Queenstown features a wrap-around observation gallery, allowing spectators, including family or friends.

How early should I arrive before my scheduled flight?

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time. This allows time for check-in, completing the waiver, gearing up, and attending the safety briefing.

Is there a weight limit?

Our weight limit is 125kg. If you weigh more than 117kg, we ask that you contact us ahead of time.

Can children participate?

Anyone aged 5 and up is able to hit the tunnel for an indoor skydiving adventure

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund if cancelled up to 24 hours before the activity starts.
