It is up to the customer to check the weather forecast for the tour locations they have booked for and to make their own judgement call on whether or not they want to go ahead with the tour. Cancellation requests must be received by Cheeky Kea Tours at least 24 hours prior to departure time for a full refund (single day tours). Additional activities may not receive a full refund even if tour is cancelled by the customer with more than 24 hours’ notice.
