Full Description

The Local Tasting Tour commences by visiting a boutique craft brewery, where the process of producing the natural beer with no preservatives or additives is explained & a range of beers is sampled. (If you're not a beer drinker, you can choose samples of cider and/or gin.)

We then travel South to Volcanic Hills Winery, Rotorua, to have platters & a wine presentation & tasting.
The Tasting Room at this venue sits at the top of the gondola at Skyline, Rotorua.
During your visit you will be able to soak up the magnificent view overlooking Rotorua town & lake, while relaxing with a glass of wine and something to eat.

Meeting Point

Cruise-ship customers meet us at the Port of Tauranga gate (which is a very short walk from shipside). Clients' names are held up on a placard. We also pick up & return clients to local accommodation ( Tauranga/Mt Maunganui/early Papamoa.

Port pick-up time is at 10.15 AM, but this can be adjusted to fit with ship time parameters.

Additional Information

Although our business is based at Welcome Bay in Tauranga, we do door-to-door pick-up from/redelivery to the Port of Tauranga & local accommodation.
