Full Description

The Farm Tour is an hour-long guided tour, traveling through a farm environment on a covered trailer. The tour begins outside the 3D Trick Art Gallery reception and next to the crystal clear Waiowhiro stream, surrounded by native plants and various types of wildlife.

During the Farm Tour, visitors can feed and interact with animals with a tour guide providing educational information about the farm and its livestock, such as alpacas, llamas, goats, many different breeds of sheep and cattle, deer, ostriches, pigs, chickens, rabbits, and more.

You will find The Farm Tour at the Rotorua Heritage Farm, 171 Fairy Springs Road, Fairy Springs, opposite Rainbow Springs, and just through the traffic lights on the right from Skyline Gondolas when traveling from the city.

Available weekends ONLY, during school terms and every day over long weekends and school holidays. The Farm Tour will depart daily at 11:00 am and 1:30 pm sharp, so please arrive 15 minutes prior.
