- Pick Up: Outside the Queenstown Station Information Centre (corner of Shotover and Camp Street). If you require a different pick-up address, this may be possible for an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange.
- Please be ready 10 minutes before the pickup time
- Departure times are 8 AM and 1:30 PM.
Additional Information
If you are bringing young children on this trip, please bring something to occupy them, like an iPad, just in case they are not as into the tour as you might be. If you have infants or children under 5 and would like to arrange a private tour, please contact us directly.
Unfortunately, our tour does not cater to people in wheelchairs, as our buses do not have a specialised lift.
There is some walking involved in this tour on dirt tracks and the like; please wear suitable shoes.

There is a minimum number of travellers for this experience. If the minimum isn't met and we need to cancel, we will offer a different date/experience or a full refund.
All activities have elements of risk and all guests undertaking any Activity do so voluntarily and at their own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties, representations and implied terms are also excluded.
The Operator reserves all rights to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:
- waterway, road or weather conditions;
- lack of numbers participating in the Activity;
- unsuitability of Guest(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Guest unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity;
- any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.
