Waiheke Islands Matiatia ferry terminal, our driver will meet you holding a green EcoZip sign. If you cannot see the driver please wait at the warrior statue by the public buses.

Oneora village bus stop, 33 Waikare Road - the bus stop outside the Waiheke Real Estate office. There is an EcoZip pick up point sign on the bus stop.

Wild Estate bus stop, 82 Onetangi Road.

If you select self drive our large car park is located at 150 Trig Hill Road, Onetangi.

2 hours is required to complete the experience, if you are using the complimentary pick up and d-r-o-p off from our 3 specified locations please allow 3 hours.

To participant all guests are required to meet our weight criteria, this is between 30kg(66lbs) & 125kg(275lbs). Riders outside these weights will not be able to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.

At least 1 paying adult is required to zip with, and supervise anyone in the booking who is 15 or under.

At least one parent, guardian or properly authorised adult will be present to sign the risk disclosure form for anyone in the booking who is under 18 years old.

Bookings amended to another date and/or time within 48-hours of scheduled departure time incur a rescheduling fee of $49.00 per person. Participants that fail to present themselves 15 minutes before their Zipline (‘no show’) will forfeit 100% of their payment.

Yes, its family-friendly. Children aged 15 years and under count as children (adult supervision required), and the family pass covers 2 adults + 2 kids (or 1 adult + 3 kids).

Is there a level of fitness required for this activity?

A reasonable level of fitness is needed. Participants walk approximately 1.2 km (¾ of a mile), including some steps, along a gravel path. The track is not strenuous but may be wet and slippery after rain.
